TIP A WEE DRAM @ The Scottish Cultural Center - March 7, 2015

Tip A Wee Dram is an annual whisky tasting fundraiser benefiting registered local cancer charities in British Columbia. Founded in 2010, and now entering its sixth year, the event has grown substantially into what local whisky lovers consider to be Vancouver’s springtime whisky festival. Tip A Wee Dram is organized and executed entirely by volunteers, contributing over $130,000 to charities such as the BC Cancer Foundation and the Callanish Society

Members from our board were invited in 2014 and again this year to volunteer and man a table of 'orphan' whiskies which did not have an ambassador to represent them. We poured Bushmills, Lismore, Eagle Rare and Kuch Nai whiskies to all of the event goers and got a chance to also share information about our humble not-for-profit organization as well.

It was a fun night for everyone and something we will continue to look forward to in the coming years.  Basically just two great organizations partnering with one another and bringing together good whisky and good people all for a great cause!

Slainte!
